Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Experience recruiting across Latin America.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and high-volume recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Latin America, from kickoff to offer.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, local job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Provide hiring managers with clear, objective recommendations after structured screenings.
• Partner with managers to define requirements, criteria, and maintain hiring momentum.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to refine outreach, screening, and interview processes.
• Use pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
