WRS Health is seeking a Senior Consultative Sales Executive to drive growth by helping healthcare organizations transform clinical, operational, and financial performance through EHR, Practice Management, and AI-powered solutions.

The role focuses on complex consultative engagements with physician groups and healthcare executives, serving as a trusted advisor and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes to position WRS Health as a long-term strategic technology partner.

Formación

• 5+ years of consultative B2B software sales, preferably in enterprise SaaS or healthcare tech.
• Proven experience selling EHR/EMR, Practice Management, RCM, healthcare IT, AI, or cloud software solutions.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and consistently exceeding quotas.
• Strong executive-level presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Build executive-level relationships with physicians, practice administrators, healthcare executives, and leaders.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand clinical, financial, and operational challenges.
• Develop tailored strategies aligning WRS Health capabilities with customer outcomes.
• Deliver ROI-focused product demos and executive presentations.
• Manage opportunities through full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Achieve and exceed revenue, pipeline, and growth targets.
