Salesloft is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead backend design and scaling of services supporting enterprise-scale workflows. You will collaborate with product and design to deliver reliable, high-performance capabilities and AI-enabled features.

You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and help shape the architecture while joining a remote-friendly, globally distributed team.

Formación

• 5+ years of production software experience in Java/Go within microservice architectures.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and production troubleshooting.
• Experience improving reliability, performance, and incident response.
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with observability tooling and testing frameworks.
• Excellent collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and scaling of backend services interacting with data pipelines and frontend.
• Architect AI-based solutions for revenue forecasting and insights.
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues with root-cause analysis.
• Design reusable backend services and data integration capabilities.
• Lead technical design discussions and influence architectural decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
