Workiva Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to provide pre-sales support, demonstrate Workiva’s platform, and align solutions to customer outcomes across financial reporting, GRC, and sustainability domains.

The role involves delivering product demos, developing proofs of concept, and collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, and Client Services to drive customer success. Travel up to 40% and remote work within the country are supported.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 4 years with a master’s, or 2 years with a PhD.
• Knowledge of Financial Reporting, GRC or Sustainability Reporting is valuable, with ability to develop domain expertise.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Execute pre-sales framework with customers, prospects and partners via virtual and onsite meetings.
• Lead product demonstrations and identify how Workiva solutions meet customer needs.
• Support sales with account planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Create proofs of concept and present business cases with partners.
• Ensure customer success with implementation partners and Client Services.
