HealthEdge Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the GTM Systems team in a remote-capable role for Mexico.

You will own the Customer Success tech stack, define our AI strategy, and partner with GTM leaders to implement transformative workflows that scale across Salesforce, Gainsight, and related tools. The role emphasizes systems thinking, end-to-end ownership, and communication with executives to translate complex problems into actionable requirements.

Formación

• 5+ years in business systems, Customer Success operations, or GTM technology roles with hands-on ownership of CS tech (Salesforce, Gainsight, etc).
• Admin-level Salesforce or Gainsight experience with a builder's mindset and hands-on work.
• Experience partnering with GTM teams on AI strategy and implementation.
• Strong systems thinking with longevity in mind and impact awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship: Own the Customer Success tech stack — configuration, automation, integrations and data — from requirements to deployment and health.
• Lead AI strategy and enablement: Define AI strategy with GTM teams and drive implementation using AI tools to reimagine workflows.
• Be the trusted partner: Embed in GTM workflows, translate findings into requirements, and advocate for necessary changes.
• Think in systems: Design scalable solutions that anticipate downstream impacts and roadblocks.
• Measure what matters: Tie changes to business outcomes and explain impact in business terms.
• Raise the bar on how we work: Contribute to an AI-first operating model and accelerate documentation, analysis, testing and design.
• Keep the lights on: Ensure platform health, data integrity, security and reliable integrations.
