AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform supporting clinical operations and program delivery. You will work with .NET, C#, React, and Azure, guiding AI agents through planning and testing, ensuring output quality and governance.

You will own backend services, APIs, and portal experiences while maintaining strong security and tenant isolation for HIPAA-like data. This is a remote, full-time engagement with a focus on high-velocity delivery.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Recent production experience with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, PostgreSQL.
• Recent production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong Azure experience, including production deployment and ownership.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end delivery.
• Ability to translate product objectives into executable agent work and verify outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure using an agentic workflow.
• Prioritize functional V1 delivery, manage work, and ensure UAT or demos are ready.
• Turn changing product directions into practical delivery plans and keep momentum.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements or priorities conflict.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review generated work rigorously and verify tool outputs before delivery.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences across the platform.
• Preserve security, auditability, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege for PHI.
