Vonage is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify new B2B opportunities in the Network Powered Solutions vertical from a fully remote base in Mexico. You will do outbound prospecting, research leads, and articulate the value of Vonage API solutions to telecom operators, with English proficiency and 2+ years of SaaS/lead gen experience.

Formación

• 2+ years of Sales Development in B2B software
• Professional English speaking and writing
• Strong cold calling and email skills
• CRM and LinkedIn experience required
• Outbound experience targeting network operators/telecom providers
• Familiarity with CPaaS, cloud communications or API solutions
• Collaborative team player with fast pace
• Territory ownership and self-motivation
• Solid knowledge of Vonage API suites
• Marketing collaboration experience

Responsabilidades

• Perform outbound prospecting and contact potential clients via phone, video, email, or LinkedIn
• Discover new leads through research and social media monitoring
• Build deep understanding of the US Network Powered Solutions market
• Keep meticulous notes in the CRM
• Articulate Vonage API portfolio and its value to operators
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Managers
• Collaborate with marketing, account managers and sales leadership
• Achieve monthly targets for appointments and opportunities
• Maintain territory plan with Account Managers
• Demonstrate product knowledge of Vonage APIs and support marketing campaigns
