Vonage is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify Mid-Market opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for potential Vonage API customers, scheduling meetings for Account Managers and supporting marketing campaigns.

The role offers a fully remote setup based in Mexico, with a 70/30 commission compensation structure and room for growth within the sales organization. Strong English, outbound skills, and familiarity with B2B software are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years in SDE/lead generation or B2B software sales.
• English written and spoken at professional level.
• Strong cold calling and personalized email skills.
• Self-motivated and organized with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Perform outbound prospecting via calls, video, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Discover new leads using social media and research tools.
• Qualify customers based on knowledge of Vonage API products.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Managers.
• Maintain CRM notes and collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
