Pavago is hiring a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the outbound funnel in a fully remote setup. You will prospect, qualify, and book meetings through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, building lists and engaging decision-makers.

You will manage CRM records, track activity, and continuously refine messaging to hit weekly and monthly targets in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in outbound sales roles.
• Proven track record of meeting outbound targets.
• Experience running multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to build prospect lists independently.
• CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Build and manage your own prospecting lists and target companies.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain CRM records and report performance metrics.
• Test and refine messaging and outreach sequences to improve conversions.
