Vonage seeks an energetic Level 1 Technical Support Engineer for our API Support group in Mexico City. You will deliver first-line support to a growing customer base, triaging requests via email, phone, and chat and ensuring fast, accurate resolutions.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and 1–2 years in technical support in telecom or tech sectors are preferred.
