MissionHires in Mexico City is looking for a Sales and Admin Support to facilitate sales and marketing operations, managing outreach campaigns, CRM upkeep, and proposal creation.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales support experience, strong organizational skills, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. The position promotes a flexible, remote-first work environment with opportunities for growth and collaboration.

Formación

• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative coordination role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and maintain cold outreach campaigns via Apollo, LinkedIn, and HubSpot.
• Monitor and report campaign results regularly.
• Draft and customize proposals in response to client needs.
• Maintain internal documentation and reporting templates.

Conocimientos

Sales support experience

Proficiency with HubSpot

Proficiency with Apollo

Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Excellent organizational skills

Strong communication skills
