Responsibilities

• Proactively engage potential clients via cold outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Schedule video calls with prospects to sell the service.
• Build and maintain the Sales Playbook and workflows.
• Use Lusha and CRM tools to source leads and conduct 100+ outbound calls per day.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate and individual clients.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely placements.
