JayWay Travel is seeking a Sales Support Representative based in Mexico to join an international team. This phone- and email-heavy role focuses on client communication, lead follow-up, and supporting the sales team.

You will interact with English-speaking clients daily, primarily by phone and email, and must speak and write confidently in English. The position offers remote work from Mexico and opportunities to grow in travel sales.

Formación

• Native or near-native English, both spoken and written, is required.
• Confident on the phone and able to communicate professionally with clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Able to manage multiple leads, conversations, emails, and follow-ups.

Responsabilidades

• Make regular follow-up calls to clients and potential customers.
• Respond to inbound calls and new leads quickly and professionally.
• Communicate with clients throughout the sales process by phone and email.
