Job summary

Axionex Financiera is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (Remote Executive) to generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients across Mexico. This fully remote role allows work from home while collaborating with the sales team from Guadalajara, Jalisco.

You will qualify leads, set up initial meetings for senior sales, and maintain CRM records. Spanish communication strong; prior SaaS sales and knowledge of HubSpot or Salesforce

Qualifications

• Experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer service in a B2B tech environment.
• Strong Spanish communication; English a plus.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients through multiple channels.
• Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, and social selling to generate interest.
• Communicate value propositions and determine product fit.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain CRM records and track performance against targets.
