Pavago is hiring a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage a portfolio of SaaS and B2B accounts in a fully remote role. You’ll drive adoption, retention, and value realization for clients while partnering with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Daily you’ll onboard customers, conduct QBRs, monitor health dashboards, and pursue renewal opportunities. You’ll collaborate with Support, Product, and Sales to ensure smooth renewals and account growth.

Formación

• 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, ChurnZero and Totango.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client onboarding sessions and product training.
• Manage a portfolio of active client accounts and be the primary contact for stakeholders.
• Monitor customer health and drive renewals and retention.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Sales.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and Sales to improve the customer experience.
