Pavago is seeking a Client Success Manager to own client relationships, optimize cold email campaigns, and ensure strong deliverability. You will manage 20–30 active client accounts and collaborate with founders, developers, and outreach teams in a fast-paced remote setting.

The role blends client success, account management, and campaign optimization, with a focus on preventing churn and driving measurable outcomes. Remote, flexible hours with availability during U.S. business hours.

Formación

• Experience in Client Success, Account Management, Client Delivery, or Campaign Management.
• Previous experience with a cold email agency, lead generation company, or outbound sales/growth agency.
• Hands-on experience with cold email campaigns and outbound lead generation.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, inbox placement, sender reputation, and warm-up systems.
• Ability to write and optimize cold email copy.
• Experience troubleshooting underperforming outbound campaigns.
• Familiarity with outbound campaign tools, CRM systems, and automation workflows.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of 20–30 active client accounts and serve as the primary contact from onboarding onward.
• Lead client check-ins, performance calls, and campaign updates.
• Monitor account health and identify churn risks; manage expectations and next steps.
