Research Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Academic Customer Success Manager for a full-time remote role based in Mexico, serving accounts across the Americas. You will manage relationships, drive adoption, and align our solutions with customer objectives while identifying renewal and upsell opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, data-driven, and skilled at account planning with strong English communication. Experience with Gainsight, HubSpot, or Salesforce is preferred.

Formación

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related role in SaaS/tech.
• Familiarity with academic research landscape or libraries is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in renewals and account growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable account strategies.
• Highly organized and proactive across multiple accounts.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Gainsight, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Excellent English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned academic SMB accounts.
• Drive engagement, adoption, and retention through strategic touchpoints.
• Align solutions with customer objectives and monitor usage data.
• Conduct business reviews to demonstrate value and collect feedback.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to advocate for customers.
• Own renewals, upsells, and growth strategies to maximize value.
• Maintain renewal forecasts and pipeline in CRM.
