Process Street is seeking an early‑career Customer Success professional to help customers realize value from our AI-driven workflow platform. You will work with US-based customers from a remote setup, guiding them through implementation, training, and ongoing adoption while learning from an experienced team.

You’ll build relationships, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to product improvements by sharing customer feedback.

Formación

• Experience working directly with customers or clients.
• Startup or entrepreneurial background preferred.
• Self-starter with goal-driven mindset.
• Strategic and creative thinker who spots opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with customers and learn their goals.
• Guide new customers through implementation, onboarding, and training.
• Support existing customers by answering questions and highlighting features.
• Contribute to in-product guides, webinars, and Help Center.
• Collaborate with other departments to align roadmap with customer feedback.
• Identify expansion and referral opportunities through relationships.
• Track metrics like churn and time to value.
• Experiment with AI and new tools to improve efficiency.
• Keep Delighting Customers at the core of the role.
