RemotePass is expanding into the European market and seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to build lasting relationships with our European customers. This remote role welcomes candidates worldwide, provided CET hours are possible.

You will guide onboarding, manage the full client lifecycle, and drive satisfaction, retention, and growth across strategic accounts while collaborating with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.

Formación

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS/HR-tech.
• Experience owning the full client lifecycle.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Data-driven with ability to derive insights.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work Central European Time (CET) hours.
• Experience in SaaS or HR/payroll/Global Employment solutions is preferred.
