Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Revenue & Billing Analyst to own end-to-end billing, AR, and revenue reporting for a partner-backed operation. This fully remote, async-first role collaborates with Finance and cross-functional teams and aims to drive accuracy and efficiency through automation.

Based in Mexico with overlap hours for the UK Finance team, you’ll resolve billing issues, implement process improvements, and contribute to MRR/ARR reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience owning customer billing and AR or collections
• Experience with subscription/SaaS billing
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills with financial data
• Automation to improve recurring Finance processes

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end billing, invoicing, and refunds within approval limits
• Manage accounts receivable and collections, including disputes
• Investigate recurring billing issues and improve processes
• Produce MRR/ARR movement reporting and explain changes
• Support billing platform changes with finance requirements
