Job summary

Twilio Inc. is hiring a Billing Operations Analyst for a remote role based in Mexico. The role focuses on billing, revenue controls, data analysis, and customer onboarding to internal billing and ERP systems. Strong Excel and bilingual capabilities are important in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues, participate in month-end processes, and support audits while maintaining high data quality and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Billing/Revenue/Order to Cash processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle, Zuora, Salesforce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage external customer email and onboarding to Twilio’s billing systems.
• Contribute to month-end close and revenue-related reporting.
• Assist in financial controls for revenue and invoicing.
• Support audits and resolve billing queries.
• Investigate issues and provide detailed analyses to Sales.
• Analyze large datasets in Excel.
