Twilio is hiring a Billing Operations Analyst to manage billing and revenue processes in a remote setup based in Mexico. You will onboard customers to internal ERP and billing systems, format large datasets for reporting, and support month-end close with attention to accuracy and controls.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, experience with Oracle/Zuora/Salesforce is a plus, and you will collaborate with Sales and Finance to resolve complex billing issues while delivering

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Billing/Revenue/Order to Cash processes.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivots and VLOOKUPs.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilités

• Maintain external customer email inbox and respond to queries promptly.
• Onboard customers to Twilio’s billing and ERP systems.
• Gather and format large data sets for billing reporting.
• Assist month-end close and manage recurring billing and credits.
• Analyze revenue-related balance sheet accounts and produce reports.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance to resolve billing issues.
• Support audits and internal controls related to revenue and invoicing.
• Investigate customer issues and provide detailed analyses.
