Job summary

CBRE México is seeking a Billing, AR and ER Analyst to manage end-to-end billing, AR aging, collections and payment application across the Americas. You will work with internal teams, BSO LATAM, and our global BSO in India, ensuring accurate invoicing in JD Edwards and timely month-end accruals.

You will oversee Labor, Management Fees, Third-Party services, Utilities and Reimbursables, maintain AR under 30 days, support audits, and deliver ad-hoc reporting to help daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in finance, accounting, or administration.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered.
• Problem solving ability to analyze and solve moderately complex issues.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; experience with financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing and AR aging for the Americas region.
• Oversee collections, payment applications, and client inquiries.
• Coordinate invoicing in JD Edwards and liaise with BSO LATAM/India.
• Support compliance, audits, and ad-hoc reporting for daily operations.
• Ensure AR aging remains under 30 days and assist in month-end processes.
