Job summary

Landing is seeking a Billing Analyst to join our Mexico City-based team. This on-site role focuses on billing, collections, and account reconciliation, reporting to the Billing Team Lead.

You will master core processes and grow into audits and variance analysis within a fast-paced environment. The team emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering clear, detailed billing information to members and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing or a related field, comfortable with numbers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile member accounts to identify balances owed or due, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and property payouts.
• Process appeasements, refunds, and account credits with proper approvals and documentation.
• Support billing audits, discrepancy resolution, and variance tracking.
• Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues quickly and effectively.
• Respond to member billing inquiries with clear breakdowns of statements and transparency.
