The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in an Operations role, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Oracle/Zuora/Salesforce. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with occasional weekend work and remote collaboration across teams.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in Billing / Revenue / Order to Cash.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle, Zuora and Salesforce is advantageous.
• Experience handling large volume transactions with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel with pivots and VLOOKUPs.
• 1-3 years in an Operations role.
• Weekend work may be required.
• Third level qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Proficient in Spanish and English.

Aufgaben

• Maintain Revenue Team external customer email and onboard customers to Twilio’s internal billing system and ERP.
• Gather and format large raw data sets for billing reporting and queries.
• Participate in month end close and manage recurring billing, approvals, and customer credits.
• Assist in development and implementation of controls around revenue and invoicing.
• Participate in external and internal audits as requested.
• Resolve customer billing queries and provide detailed analysis to Sales.
• Manipulate and analyze large datasets in Excel.
• Communicate complex issues via Slack, SFDC, and calls as needed.
• Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with other teams to solve root problems.
• Assist other Billing Ops teams as requested.
• Participate in Month End close as requested.
