Job summary

Resolv Global in Mexico is seeking Patient Services Representatives for a fully remote role supporting a US-based healthcare organization. You will be the first point of contact, helping patients schedule appointments, answer administrative questions, and navigate routine inquiries with empathy and confidentiality.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Experience handling inbound calls and documenting interactions is a plus.
• Healthcare scheduling or medical call center exposure is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel medical appointments.
• Assist patients with general appointment questions and administrative inquiries.
• Verify and record patient information per procedures.
• Document calls and requests in the systems accurately.
• Route messages to appropriate providers or teams.
• Follow scheduling protocols and coordinate appointments by availability.
• Navigate scheduling software and patient management systems.
• Maintain a calm, empathetic, and professional approach with callers.
• Protect confidential information and follow HIPAA procedures.
• Escalate clinical questions to appropriate personnel.
