Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Partnerships Strategy & Enablement Lead to own and scale partner-driven growth. Based in Mexico, you will assess market potential, evaluate feasibility, and build tools, playbooks, and processes to qualify, sell, and deploy AI solutions with partners.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Deployments, and leadership to convert discussions into live deployments. You will drive a repeatable framework for partner opportunities, quantify value, and deliver actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• Strong strategic and commercial thinking with analytical rigor.
• Experience evaluating partner opportunities and building business cases.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional execution and lead initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a framework for evaluating partner-sourced opportunities.
• Quantify deal value, ROI, TCO, and unit economics for opportunities.
• Develop partner enablement resources: pricing guides, playbooks, onboarding, deployment docs.
• Prioritize high-potential deals with leadership and maintain a shared pipeline view.
• Coordinate with Sales and Deployments to move opportunities to deployment.
