Job summary

Motive is seeking a relentless partner manager to build and accelerate our partner ecosystem across Mexico. You will recruit resellers, distributors, and integrators, drive revenue, and align with Sales, Legal, and Strategy to scale revenue in the region.

You will report to the GTM Partnerships team and work with Mexico Sales leadership to unlock indirect revenue streams. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; hybrid in-office in Mexico City is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, or Channel Sales, with Mexico focus.
• Hybrid in-office schedule in Mexico City and fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience with SaaS/Hardware and Mexican channel market is a major differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Build, recruit, and onboard high-value Resellers, Distributors, Systems Integrators, and Telematics Service Providers across Mexico.
• Actively manage partner relationships to drive pipeline and ensure partners are trained and selling effectively.
• Lead strategy and execution for acquiring/maintaining partnerships aligned with local business practices.
• Monitor partner performance and report KPIs/ROI to the Director of GTM Partnerships.
