FH Collective Academy in Mexico is seeking a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative to grow our network of medical and dental clinics nationwide. This 100% remote role offers a base of $1,100 USD gross per month plus $70 USD allowances and commissions.

You will prospect, acquire new clinic partners, manage accounts, close deals, onboard clinics, and drive partner revenue while coordinating with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Technology teams.

Formación

• 2–4 years of B2B sales, business development, partner management, or account management experience.
• Proven track record of hitting sales or revenue targets.
• Fluent English.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• CRM experience and strong digital skills.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico when required.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and acquire new medical and dental clinic partners.
• Build pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research.
• Pitch the platform to clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.
• Onboard new clinics and guide setup.
• Manage a portfolio of 200+ clinic partners.
• Drive upselling and other revenue opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Tech teams.
