FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative to expand our network of medical and dental clinics across Mexico. This fully remote, full-time contractor role focuses on acquiring clinic partners, closing deals, and driving partner revenue.

You will prospect, negotiate, and own your results while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize growth and ensure successful onboarding of partners across Mexico.

Formación

• 2–4 years of B2B Sales, Business Development, Partner Management, or Account Management experience.
• Proven experience hitting sales or revenue targets.
• Fluent English

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and acquire new medical & dental clinic partners.
• Build your pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research.
• Pitch the platform to clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.
• Onboard new clinics and guide them through the setup process.
• Manage a portfolio of 200+ clinic partners.
• Build long-term B2B relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive upselling, promotions, sponsored listings, and other revenue opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance and improve conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams
