FH Collective Academy is seeking a hands-on Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative for Mexico. The role is 100% remote, with a base salary of $1,100 USD gross per month plus $70 USD allowances and commission.

You will acquire clinic partners across Mexico, manage accounts, and drive partner revenue while coordinating with cross-functional teams. The position emphasizes outbound prospecting, negotiation, and long-term relationship building with medical and dental clinics.

Formación

• 2–4 years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Proven experience hitting sales or revenue targets.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and building pipeline.
• Experience managing multiple clients or partners.
• CRM experience and strong digital literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and acquire new medical & dental clinic partners.
• Build your pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, and research.
• Pitch the platform to clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.
• Onboard new clinics and guide setup processes.
• Manage a portfolio of 200+ clinic partners.
• Drive upselling, promotions, and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.
