FH Collective Academy seeks a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative to grow its medical and dental clinic network across Mexico. This 100% remote role offers a base salary plus allowances and commission, with reporting to Director-level management.

You will prospect, close partnerships, onboard clinics, and manage a 200+ partner portfolio, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams. Fluent English and outbound prospecting are required.

Formación

• 2–4 years of B2B Sales, Business Development, Partner Management, or Account Management experience.
• Proven experience hitting sales or revenue targets
• Fluent English
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting
• Experience managing multiple clients or business partners
• CRM experience and strong digital skills
• Self-motivated and disciplined when working remotely
• Willingness to travel within Mexico when required

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and acquire new medical & dental clinic partners
• Build your own pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research
• Pitch the platform to clinic owners and decision-makers
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships
• Onboard new clinics and guide them through the setup process
• Manage a portfolio of 200+ clinic partners
• Build long-term B2B relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Drive upselling, promotions, sponsored listings, and other revenue opportunities
• Monitor partner performance and improve conversion
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams
