Job summary

Langford Staffing is seeking Outbound Sales Consultants for a client running high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. You will contact consumer leads via an automatic dialer, qualify opportunities, address questions and objections, and secure an immediate live transfer.

This role does not complete the final sale; you gain attention, create interest, and qualify opportunities for transfer to a sales representative. Remote, full-time with U.S. Eastern Time hours and earnings goal.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in outbound sales or related roles.
• Experience with automatic or predictive dialers.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce the company and purpose of the call clearly.
• Ask qualification questions and identify blockers to proceed.
• Respond to objections and manage time concerns.
• Explain the value of speaking with a sales representative.
• Request live transfers from qualified consumers.
• Record notes, outcomes, and dispositions per campaign rules.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer targets.
