The successful candidate will have 3+ years in outbound sales, experience with dialers, and strong objection-handling skills, all while maintaining CRM records and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outbound sales experience.
• Experience with an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience meeting call/transfer/appointment/sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to work with property owners throughout the day.
• Willingness to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce Royal York and explain the purpose of the call.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Confirm number of properties and occupancy status.
• Explain the program’s monthly cost and potential value.
• Respond to objections regarding price, need, timing, or trust.
• Help owners understand why protection is needed before a default.
• Qualify owners for a live transfer to a Royal York sales representative.
• Complete warm and live transfers.
• Record accurate call notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts and qualification rules.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer targets.
