Qualifications

• Three or more years in outbound call centre or telemarketing.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and telephone communication skills.
• Experience working toward call, transfer, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls through an automatic dialer.
• Introduce Royal York and the rental-guarantee program.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Explain the program’s cost and potential value.
• Record accurate call notes and dispositions.
• Meet hourly and daily call and transfer targets.
