Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, telesales, lead generation, call-centre sales, or live transfers.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Experience qualifying prospects before scheduling an appointment or completing a transfer.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to remain calm with skeptical, impatient, or difficult property owners.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to adjust your response.

Responsibilities

• Contact company-provided property-owner leads through an automatic dialer to introduce the program and qualify interest.
• Move interested owners to the next step, preferring immediate warm or live transfers to a Royal York sales representative.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, dispositions, and call records.
• Meet transfer, appointment, or callback targets and respond effectively to objections.
