HireHawk Inc. is seeking an Outbound GTM Lead to design and manage a scalable outbound engine. You will own list building, segmentation, and cross-channel campaigns while partnering with SDRs and sales leadership to drive qualified meetings.

You will build and optimize processes, coaching programs, and performance dashboards to create a predictable outbound pipeline for staffing services.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building outbound prospecting workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Apollo or similar platforms.
• Experience with CRM, data enrichment, and reporting.
• Background in staffing, recruitment, or HR services preferred.
• Ability to coach SDRs and improve call performance.

• Build outbound infrastructure across Apollo, CRM, and data enrichment.
• Own lead list creation and segmentation strategies.
• Develop multichannel outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Coach SDRs with script tuning, objection handling, and follow-ups.
• Establish benchmarks and track outbound performance.
