Job summary

Atomic HR in Puebla, Mexico seeks a GTM Engineer to build a regulated DTC growth engine. You’ll direct Claude Code to connect APIs, enrich lists, and automate recurring work, while coordinating with field and partnerships teams to drive outreach and channel health.

You’ll own the trade outbound, craft target lists, and enable field teams with optimized playbooks, while ensuring accuracy of first‑party data and measurement across search, lifecycle, and referral programs.

Qualifications

• Real, hands-on experience directing Claude Code on live work.
• 3+ years hands-on in marketing.
• Cold outbound you’ve run start to finish.
• Comfortable with data — can read a CSV and write SQL.
• APIs are ordinary to you: auth, keys, rate limits, webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Build the trade and partnership outbound engine.
• Arm the field team with target lists and sequences.
• Own channels open here: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, referrals.
• Produce in-house creative with AI tools within brand system.
• Automate recurring processes and data workflows.
• Own first-party measurement and flag bad numbers.
