Job summary

Jeeves is expanding its go-to-market organization and is seeking an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle GTM hiring across SDR to Sales Manager, revenue operations and partnerships roles. This is a hands-on, remote role based in Mexico, with CDMX office access if desired.

You will partner with the GTM recruiter and sales leadership, develop outbound sourcing strategies, and manage a clean, current pipeline in Lever.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across GTM roles.
• Experience with outbound sourcing strategies and passive candidates.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (Lever preferred).
• Practical fluency with AI tools in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM requisitions ( SDR to Sales Manager ).
• Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
• Partner with sales leadership to calibrate roles and compensation.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Lever for visibility.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience with timely updates.
• Collaborate with GTM team to meet hiring timelines.
