Job summary

Royal York Property Management, inc. is hiring Outbound Appointment Setters to speak with residential property owners about its rental-guarantee program and move qualified leads to the next step. The role is remote and full-time, with hours aligned to U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

You will contact owner leads through an automatic dialer, qualify prospects, handle objections, and seek transfers or appointments while keeping CRM records current and accurate.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, telesales, lead generation, call-centre sales, or live transfers.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Experience qualifying prospects before scheduling an appointment or completing a transfer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience working toward transfer, appointment, conversion, or call targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Contact company-provided property-owner leads through an automatic dialer and introduce the program.
• Qualify prospects and respond to objections to move qualified owners to the next step.
• Aim for immediate warm or live transfers to a Royal York sales representative.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and dispositions to support campaign reporting.
