Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Integrated Campaign Manager based in Mexico to lead strategy, development, and execution of multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate revenue in a fully remote, international environment.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, product marketing, brand, events, and operations to optimize the buyer journey, allocate budgets, and improve ROI through data-driven insights and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in B2B integrated marketing or demand generation.
• Track record delivering campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
• Experience with multi-channel planning, segmentation, lead nurturing and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize integrated, multi-channel demand Gen campaigns.
• Plan quarterly campaigns aligning channels and budgets with targets.
• Collaborate with product marketing, brand, and sales to craft messaging and offers.
• Create sales enablement content and align follow-up with BDRs for meetings.
• Manage timelines, budgets and external vendors for efficient delivery.
• Monitor analytics, attribution, and pipeline reporting with tests to improve ROI.
• Explore AI/tools for audience research, personalization, and automation.
