Qualifications

• Completed healthcare degree in Mexico.
• Proficient English and Spanish communication.
• Experience with medical documentation and scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual clinical and administrative support to neurology clinics.
• Assist with patient scheduling, follow-ups, and appointment coordination.
• Contact patients by phone to confirm appointments and gather information.
• Assist with patient intake and documentation.
• Update and maintain accurate patient information in the EHR.
