Motive is seeking a bilingual Sales Development Representative based in Mexico City for a temporary remote role. You will be the first point of contact for new clients, qualifying leads and setting meetings for Account Executives.

You should be a strong communicator with a proactive sales mindset, comfortable with cold outreach, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, distributed team. Prior Salesforce or cold-calling experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contact prospective clients through calls and emails.
• Qualify leads and follow up on opportunities.
• Serve as main contact for existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Set up meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
• Follow up with prospects to reschedule meetings if needed.
