Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Marketplace Operations Manager / Customer Success Manager based in Mexico. This fully remote role focuses on coordinating providers, managing customer requests, and driving marketplace growth.

You will monitor SLA responses, coordinate bookings, activate new customers, and identify supply gaps with cross-functional teams to ensure high satisfaction and repeat bookings. Strong communication and SaaS familiarity are valued in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in marketplace operations or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication across channels.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple requests and bookings.
• Proactive ownership mentality with follow-through on issues.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
• Familiarity with event marketplaces, gig marketplaces, or hospitality operations preferred.
• Experience supporting both B2B and B2C customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming customer requests and ensure timely provider responses within SLA.
• Contact providers when responses are delayed and follow up until resolution.
• Own operational challenges including cancellations, pricing issues, and communication gaps.
• Coordinate complex bookings and confirm event logistics with providers and customers.
• Source backup providers and coordinate refunds or rescheduling when needed.
• Guide newly registered customers and help them complete their first booking.
• Encourage repeat bookings and ongoing marketplace usage.
• Identify supply gaps and work with recruiting to address shortages.
