Job summary

Jobgether seeks an Onboarding & Member Success Coach based in Mexico for a fully remote freelance assignment with a partner company. You will guide new members through onboarding sessions, help them explore training opportunities, and maximize platform features to support their development goals.

You will tailor sessions to individual learning needs, encourage engagement, and provide proactive follow-up while collecting feedback to improve the onboarding experience and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain information clearly and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct short, personalized onboarding and coaching sessions with new members.
• Guide users through the platform, explain features, and help identify relevant training courses.
• Encourage engagement and activation by motivating users to explore resources and book sessions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for members during onboarding, providing timely guidance and support.
• Understand learning preferences and adapt communication to individual needs.
• Identify common onboarding questions and feedback to improve the experience.
• Create a welcoming, informative, and motivating learning environment.
