Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Success Manager role.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills with a neutral or excellent speaking accent.

Responsibilities

First Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison for all client inquiries across email, text, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
Escalation & Resolution: Handle client escalations quickly, resolve issues, and update internal platforms accordingly.
Onboarding & Meetings: Support onboarding processes and assist during scheduled client meetings.
Proactive Follow-Ups: Conduct outbound follow-up calls when additional assistance is needed and address issues early before they escape.
Script & Process Management: Receive training to fully manage client call processes and script updates via a CRM Script Editor.
Independent Ownership: Work independently and consistently meet expectations without requiring micromanagement.
