Job summary

Shopmonkey is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support customer engagement, adoption, and growth for a Mexico-based remote role. You will partner with customers across sizes, ensuring they are empowered, successful, and satisfied with our platform.

You will collaborate with sales, implementation, support, and product teams to identify success opportunities, drive renewals, and advocate for customer needs. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer success or client-facing role in SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers, including corporate accounts, franchises, and individual users.
• Conduct regular check-ins to ensure customers are fully engaged with the platform.
• Understand customers' needs and provide strategic recommendations to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders and executives to align success with business goals.
• Assist with onboarding and product adoption through walkthroughs and education.
• Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells in collaboration with sales and commercial teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer concerns and remove roadblocks to adoption.
