Real Hires is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for a 100% remote, fully virtual role supporting a New York-based property portfolio. You will manage maintenance requests from report to fix, coordinating residents, vendors and teams, and ensuring timely completion with meticulous record-keeping.

The ideal candidate has experience in property management, dispatch, scheduling or related fields, with strong English communication and organization.

Formación

• Experience in maintenance coordination, property management, dispatch, customer service, scheduling or similar roles.

Responsabilidades

• Own maintenance requests from initial report through completion.
• Coordinate with residents, vendors and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Prioritize requests and schedule repairs based on urgency.
• Follow up on open work orders and keep all parties updated.
• Track maintenance activity and keep records accurate.
