Gordian Staffing Careers seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to support homeowners by coordinating maintenance needs, evaluating properties, and scheduling routine services. You will liaise across departments, manage a 75-100 property portfolio, and ensure a seamless client experience.

The role is remote with an initial day at CDMX or GDL offices. Requirements include advanced English, at least 1 year in property maintenance, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Advanced English required (strong writing and speaking)
• 1 year of experience in Property Maintenance or similar
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Act as homeowners' primary point of contact and address maintenance needs promptly.
• Conduct initial property evaluations to understand maintenance needs and create tailored service plans.
• Arrange and oversee routine home maintenance, small repairs, and service appointments.
• Identify larger projects, define the initial scope, and escalate them to the appropriate team.
• Maintain constant communication with other departments to track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Liaise with all parties involved in service delivery to guarantee a seamless experience for clients.
• Oversee a portfolio of 75-100 properties, ensuring top-tier service from in-house technicians and external vendors.
