The successful candidate will handle maintenance requests, coordinate with vendors, and communicate with landlords. This position offers an hourly rate of $8.00 to $12.00 USD and the flexibility of remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience using property management software; experience with AppFolio is a plus.
• Personal laptop/computer, high-speed internet and home office space.
• Experience working on a team with daily communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all tenant maintenance requests.
• Contact, coordinate and dispatch vendors to properties.
• Prepare move-in/move-out reports.
